What does the pilot include?
One of your live searches, set up in about five minutes. Templates load in; voice calibrates from past write-ups or a sensible default. We walk through evaluation, writing, and workflow on the search itself.
How is billing structured?
Pilot is a fixed fee, scoped to the search. Firm rollout moves to an annual subscription sized by recruiter team. Multi-office is contracted individually.
What happens after the pilot?
If the work makes the case, we expand to a firm rollout — more partners, branded templates, per-recruiter voice profiles. If it doesn’t, we end cleanly. No auto-rollover.

The platform runs on AWS in the US, with encryption in transit and at rest. We’re happy to walk through the security architecture on the demo, or share a written overview when procurement needs one.
