Distributed search at one partner standard
A partner-led search run by distributed recruiters. The partner sets the Role Model. The recruiter team runs the long-list against it. The platform writes the final perspective in the firm’s voice.
Evaluate candidates, write in your firm’s voice, and move every engagement forward — all in one workspace.
Three real requests. Switch through them, type your own, and see which agent picks it up. We’ll run yours on one of your live searches when you book a demo.
Every search runs on three things: a real read on every candidate, writing that goes out in your firm’s voice, and a workflow that keeps it all moving. MyCandidate.ai brings them into one place.
Every search starts with a Role Model: a clear, versioned picture of what the role really requires. Every candidate is scored against it, so a hundred resumes come back ranked instead of unread. Must-haves act as gates, derailers surface early, and every conclusion traces back to the line in the resume or interview that supports it.
Qulmus is the writing engine inside MyCandidate.ai. It learns how each recruiter writes — from a handful of their past write-ups — then drafts every submittal, resume, and slate letter in that voice. Highlight a line, ask for a change, accept or revise; every edit sharpens the recruiter’s profile, so the next draft lands closer.
Run every engagement in one place. Candidates move through stages your team already knows. Scoring runs in the background, so the recruiter is never waiting. Partner-to-recruiter hand-offs are visible to both, and everything a recruiter produces is measured against the same Role Model the partner approved.
Six engagements the platform was built around. Each starts with a partner brief. Each ends with a written perspective the firm can sign its name to.

Multiple recruiters working the same brief, scored against the same Role Model. Long-lists roll into one ranked shortlist the partner reads — consistent evaluation, regardless of source.
One search, a handful of candidates, write-ups in the partner’s own voice. Voice calibrates on past work in the first five minutes — structure, tone, the way the firm makes its case.
Your firm’s voice and templates load once and apply to every artefact from that point — submittals, resumes, slate letters. Formatting, tone, structure: no manual rework before client delivery.
Several hundred candidates against a Role Model. The top tier surfaces within 24 hours with reasoning attached — nothing the partner has to second-guess before submittal.
Client-ready submittals assembled to the firm’s template — cover write-up, candidate evidence, formatted resume. One click. Every recruiter on the same standard.
Most firms start with one search and expand once the work proves itself. Pricing scales with the firm — not seats.
Your templates and voice load in the first few minutes; the search runs end-to-end on the platform. By the end, you know whether it fits.
Your whole team on the platform, with a dedicated lead. Once templates, Role Models, and recruiter sharing are set, the firm is live.
For multi-region firms, RPO providers, and engagements that need procurement or a security review. Each office goes live in about an hour; procurement runs alongside.
Anything we haven’t covered is worth asking on the demo call.
Three firm profiles we built for, three disciplines we ship today, and what we’re honest about not doing yet.
The ones we hear most. Anything we haven’t covered is worth asking on the demo call.
Every firm sits in its own isolated tenant — your candidates, searches, recruiter voice profiles, and write-ups don’t share storage or inference with any other firm’s. The platform runs on AWS in the US, with encryption in transit and at rest. We’re happy to walk through the security architecture on the demo, or share a written overview when procurement needs one.
Qulmus produces client-ready submittals from the first draft using a sensible default voice. As a recruiter accepts drafts, edits lines, or asks for changes, their voice profile builds up — within a few searches, Qulmus is drafting close to how they actually write. Past write-ups speed that calibration up; they’re not a precondition.
Yes. Your submittal, resume, and slate-letter templates load in once, and every artefact MyCandidate.ai produces respects them — headers, footers, fonts, layout. The voice and writing are recruiter-specific; the wrapper around it is your firm’s.
A public REST API for syncing candidates, searches, and write-ups with your ATS or CRM is shipped today; partner pilots have used it end-to-end. Native one-click integrations to specific ATS / CRM systems are on the roadmap and prioritised by what firms in pilot are running. If your firm is on a particular system, tell us on the demo and we’ll walk through the path.
Your data is yours. We provide a full export — candidates, write-ups, templates, voice profiles — on request, in standard formats. After cancellation, your firm’s tenant is purged on your timeline, with a written confirmation when it’s done.
Generic LLMs don’t carry your firm’s voice. Resume parsers don’t gate candidates against a versioned Role Model. Writing tools don’t keep every conclusion traceable to the line in the resume or interview that supports it. MyCandidate.ai is built around the work that already exists between a brief and a placement — evaluation, your firm’s voice, and the workflow — rather than a single AI step bolted onto your current process.
